No, IIMs consider only CAT score which is a yearly exam conducted in Nov/Dec. This year onwards IIMs have profile based calls. Minimum score required is 93-94 percentile unless your profile is exceptionally good. IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta and Lucknow are the top 4 IIMs.
Other top colleges accepting CAT score are FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR Mumbai, IITs (only for engineers).

You can go for the Higher Studies after the Completion of BA Economics. You can do Post Graduate in MA Economics so that your base and knowledge regarding the Economics will become strong. And once you become well versed in it, then can appear for, the exams in the final year, like

Rs 7 lakhs to 8 lakhs is a very mediocre salary range. MBA from reputed college is will fetch you package of Rs 12 lakhs to 16 lakhs on an average.
As for the MS Ramaiah Institute of Management, it is an average institute.

Yes, you can go for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) after BCA. Eligibility criteria for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) in most of the top universities is a pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree. (It may vary with the university you choose)
The most important thing is that from where you pursue your post graduation. Its better to choose good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements like:
