Hello Shikhar,
Entrance exams, subsequent merit list or Ranking are the inevitable evils you have to face today. Earlier, you accept it the better.
No college worth mentioning accepts students without entrance exam.

Hello Onkara,
Failing is no sin. It teaches us many things. Instead of thinking of taking admission in next semester with lots of backlogs, it's always better to clear all the backlogs in one go without botheration of studying new subjects simultaneously. Take it as an opportunity to improve your scores.

MBA from average college will always be handicap in your future career. Firstly, you will lag by few years in comparison to MBA from top colleges in terms of salary, position, opportunities and status. Success of MBA grads in field depends on business networking where alumni network play a big role. I am of the opinion that MBA should be done from top 50 B-Schools for career growth. If you are not ambitious then you can compromise on B-School for MBA.

It will be difficult to get a good job just doing BA.Arts. There are many specialised courses available after graduation as Diplomas or Master's degree.
As I am not aware of your interest areas, but still trying to give some options as:
Masters of Business Administration (MBA): The most potential career option after graduation in Arts is a degree in Management or Masters of Business Administration. The 2-year management course from a reputed institute paves the path for a career in the field of business management. Hi Harman,
I am unable to understand if you are asking for Bachelor's degree or Master's degree programmes but generally a 75% or above is required by all major universities in Canada. IELTS score requirement varies with what you want to study, 6 for Bachelor's degree and 6.5 for Masters' is required. You can check university's websites for details.
