If you belong to the reserved category like OBC/SC/ST then you can contact your community commission. They have schemes and provide freeship and scholarships to candidates belonging to their community. You may also do 'C' Certificate of Air Wing, it will help you in getting 40 hours of free-flying from any government flying club. Otherwise, the last resort is a loan from banks which almost everyone does

No problem should arise. UGC recognition is above anything. They may require an additional degree evaluation for equivalency. You can check this with the university you want to apply to.

You can try for IES, MET, Chetana and XIMR, Mumbai. Most probably if you are a Mumbai University student then you have good chances of getting admission in any of these colleges by the end of the last CAP round.

Select the university you are interested to study. Go through the website of that University there you will get the details of admissions as per the departments. Contact the admission counsellors and get admitted to that university.

Delhi University's Faculty of Management- I'd call it the best and the cheapest for MBA. You can also evaluate MBA at Delhi School of Economics and Department of Financial Studies South Campus of Delhi University.
