As per your idea strategy, I will suggest go for MBBS later M. S. Salary is as per your wish even 1 crore for a surgery. Working hours is as per you wish. Else, Go for Pharma. D you can start own medical centres, work as Quality controller in top ten pharma companies with 6 hours work.

Getting admission in NIT with this marks is difficult as cut-off for NIT is quite high as it is one of the prestigious institution in India with high cut-off. So, it's difficult for admission but you can apply once you might get admission in Lower streams.

Candidates aspiring for admission to the course are required to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria.
BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) or another such equivalent course in a relevant discipline.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply for the course on provisional basis.
Preferably, a relevant professional work experience, as most reputed institutes prefer candidates with work experience.
