This exam is conducted for admission to the Post-Graduation courses such as pharmacy etc. And not for admission in MBBS so you cannot get seat in the MBBS degree through this exam.

It's a good query but very difficult to answer. It also depends on perception and the experience of the person answering. As per my experience and information available to me there us a great demand for trades of carpentary, welders, plumbers, electricians, computer operators etc. In fact in many cities across India there is a great shortage.
