Hey Rohan,
Indira School of Business Studies is a good college providing higher studies in Management field. Yes, the college is good for Finance specialization but if you have high percentiles then you should opt for other B-schools. Indira is a good college but if you have high percentile you can get admission into top most institute of country. Placement wise, the average placement ranges between 6 to 7 LPA.

There are two aspect of this question. One is around IGNOU and another is around distance education. IGNOU is trusted and accredited government distance education university. They are approved by UGC, AICTE both. So there is no question of the validity of degree awarded by IGNOU now or in future. Second aspect is around distance education.
