Yes dear, you can do B.Ed only when your college is accepting less than 50 % marks in Bachelors and Masters. Othe wise the general eligibility for B.Ed is that you must have minimum 50% marks.

BDS being a clinical course, you cannot get admission for any clinical courses unless you have that country dental council registration. Hence, you can take up non clinical courses health care management and go to Paris. After going there in student visa first apply for council registration, and then you can do Masters and also you can work as dentist.
