Start appearing for entrance exams conducted by your state govt and also for central based exams. you will definitely find good institute for your education. If I compare between good and bad institutes you will never have your answer as every one will have different opinion and I know that you will not experiment you career. Universities get good reputation by the Higher salary of student (after they pass and start jobs) B tech will not help you. Go for BE or and related course. also keep your arena wide. look for foreign universities. Good or Bad is all up to you.
