It does not matters which course you select in your UGs. Yes you have to select a course that will not eat you brains. I mean a course full of stress. To become an IAS you need to be jack of all trade and masters of few. you may take LLB but only if it relaxes you. UPSC need you to be a UG with 50%+ %. thats it. (certain courses may need engs) So select a course that make you happy. and go for it.
