There is no way to get direct job abroad. you can select the country where you wish to go and apply for its work permit visa. you also need to check the eligibility of whatsoever country select for application as a worker. OR you can start working in a company in India that provides you a training abroad like ACS, All Scripts, Accenture, Amex etc. By this training you get a work permit in the USA which is valid for an year or more. I have got certain links that do provide job in Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, and Canada but the charges are too high. You try.
