Hello Vidhya,
Both are totally different disciplines.
However, the engineering approach is same.
ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM, etc.) communicate with each other. It has more physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much.
CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. It has a lot of logic involved and maths too.

To open n run medical stores you must have either d pharma or b pharma ( allopathy or ayurved). You will have to be registered also to run medical store. BAMS is a Pantone in ayurvedic system. So its quite not possible.

Nowadays majority BCom students prefer to do MBA and specialize in Finance. If you want to make career only in Commerce & Business Accounting then you may go for MCom otherwise it is recommended that you evaluate MBA as your next degree for a good corporate career.

Unless your engineering college supports concept of Practise School, it will be difficult to get internship with an Electronics & Telecom company because basic & elective electronic courses are taught from 5 to 8 semester . If you are interested in IT you may join any IT company for Testing role as an intern.
