If your college has Aeronautical Engineering, you may request for change. Otherwise you can do MTech in AE which is an interdisciplinary course in few universities. You can join Indian Air Force as commissioned officer in Aeronautical Engineering Electronics branch and IAF will train you as Aeronautical Engineer at AFTC Bangalore.

For B.tech IT and ECE the cutoff is 9k to 10k while for the Dual degree courses it is around 10k to 15k depending on the M.tech specialization offered for the second degree.
