The college which has good infrastructure I.e. faculty member, labs, students (the way he give admission), etc. will be good for civil engineering. Civil engineering branch is both for theory and practical. So, choose the college which has both.

Hi,Check NCHMCT. Org site for update about IHM admission dates. You need to clear entrance exam. Then, according to rank, you can get admission. And, for private academy, you need to check their official site please.
