The ideal number of mock tests to take before appearing for JEE Main 2026 depends on your individual preparation level and confidence. However, 10-15 mock tests in the last month before the exam is crucial for familiarizing yourself with the exam format, time pressure, and identifying areas needing improvement.

If your foundation is strong and you're comfortable with the syllabus, you might need fewer mock tests (around 10-15). If you're less confident, taking more mock tests (around 15-20) can help build exam temperament and improve your time management skills.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, Cotton University did not have a specific requirement for the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) for admission to B.Sc. Programs. However, please note that admission requirements can change from year to year, and it's best to verify the current admission criteria directly from the official website of Cotton University or by contacting their admissions office. They will have the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the admission process, including any specific entrance exams or tests that may be required for B.Sc. Admission at the university.

Here's why mock tests are an important part of preparation for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) candidates:

• Mock tests are solely based on the actual syllabus of the examination, thus giving an idea of what type of questions to expect during the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main.

• Mock tests helps candidates to minimise the under pressure mistakes.

• Time management gets easier with the maximum mock tests being practiced.

To know more about the examination, refer to the official website of Joint Entrance Examination.
