u left ur law course in between and now again u want to start from incial point ,u can change ur college in second year if u have any problem in ur last college,u can continue ur studies from second year in different year.why to waste ur 3 yrs ,its better to start from second year .meet principal or athorised person in admission process and tell them ur problem due to which u left in 2nd yrs and request to continue from second.i hope u will not wasste ur 3 years just for sake to start fresh.
