Hi Niranjana, in very simple terms IB is about business between 2 regions or countries or across border. It includes the entire process involved in a business. The scope of the course expands by the day and is mainly a necessity of the MNCs. companies like Ford, Toyota, Pepsico are good examples of the same.

Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Following factors will be considered in the interview:
Additional academic qualifications.
Proficiency in games, N.C.C., N.S.S. and other co-curricular activities such as community service.
Physical fitness and personality.
Ability to express freely in Hindi/English, as demanded by a particular course.
General awareness.
Aptitude for the type of innovative courses being offered.
NOTE: 5% of the marks at the High School or equivalent examination and 15% of the marks at the Intermediate or equivalent examination.
Additional Details about Written Test
The test paper shall have four subjects, all compulsory and all having equal marks:
Book Keeping and Accountancy
Business Organisation
Banking/Commercial Mathematics/High School level Mathematics
General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
