There are not many institutes in which you can get M.Sc degree in Animation, but then you can still refer to the link given below, consisting of list of institutes offering Masters degree:

Kripya dhyan de, AIEEE exam sirf 12th science ke student de sakte hain, isliye engineering aap nahin kar sakte. Ya to aap Xth ke basis par Diploma engineering kar sakte hain ya aapko XIIth sc karni hogi.
