Hi Manu,
As you have not got a very high rank it would not be easy to get into any good colleges under UPTU so I would suggest you to try for some private colleges like Bhagwant Institute of Technology, Shivdan Singh Institute of Technology & Management, Sagar Institute of Technology & Management, IIMT College of Engineering, Greater Noida Institute of Technology etc.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.

Hi Mayuresh,
The minimum qualification may differ from one institute to another offering this course but then again the preference is always given to a student with a 12th pass than a 10th pass out yet you can check with the institutes directly:
https://www.shiksha.com/search/index?keyword=animation&location=&searchType=course&cat_id=-1&countOffsetSearch=25&startOffSetSearch=0&subLocation=-1&cityId=-1&cType=-1&courseLevel=-1&subType=0&showCluster=-1&channelId=home_page

Hi Binesh,
Although, there are institutes giving B.Tech+M.Tech degree like BHU, Tezpur, Punjabi University, etc. but as your rank is quite low it would be difficult to get through any good Institute. However, I would suggest you to try with Private Institutes like Amity, Manav Rachna etc. which will take you with this rank.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
