After a postgraduate degree in HR, you are well equipped to start a career. But if you would like to specialize in a specific industry, you might want to take a course or a diploma in that industry. Some other courses that you might consider are:
Industrial Relations:
* Public Relations.
* Employment Law and Practice.
* Organization studies.
* International Human Resources.
* Professional Human Resources.
Most PhD in HR programs take five years to complete. The students will have to do research, undergo internships or teaching assistant programs and complete their dissertation. Majority of schools will consider your application only if you have at least a year of work experience.

It is really good to hear that you aspire to become an engineer. Well, all the branches of engineering are equally good and have good job opportunities.
Selecting a branch is entirely your decision. Always remember,
- You should focus on what all you will study in each branch and choose a branch which matches your interest and skills.
- Join a reputed college as this will increase your job prospects.
- Discuss with your seniors and others about the pros and cons of each branch and make a decision which will help you in building up a rewarding career.
The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your education stream is your own interests and career aspiration, no matter how booming a particular career stream is but you would be able to excel in that stream only when you have interest in that particular field.

Shanaya, what about Arts? At this stage, you may want to understand the creative world and the careers it offers. There are many careers for the creative/ artistic people. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills and knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Jewellery design, Acting and Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination. At a similar level perches VFX as well as Motion Graphics which rely on one of your artistic skills - Cinematographic skills and imagination. Then come careers like Animation, Film Making, Game Design which rely on multiple talents like your authority over sketching, acting, direction, voice, sound, writing, storytelling and problem solving skills etc. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world and hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers.
