You can get but u have to clear the entrance exams like jee mains or advanced . Or can also go through state engineering entrance exams so u can get the government collegs well . so start ur preparation .
without entrance exams it would be quite not possible to get into government colleges .

Admission to the course is based on tests like CLAT, LAWCET or tests conducted by the individual universities or some universities give direct admission on the basis of your marks in graduation.
