You have several options available after completion of the course. Corporate finance course is certainly one of the options available. Also you can go in for MBA with specialization in the finance field. For this you will need to appear for the entrance exams like CAT, MAT etc.

The eligibility condition for a B.Arch course in most institutions is a 50% aggregate at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Exam (10+2) with Maths and English as essential subjects. PHP is a server side language and is famous for ease of understanding and open source. Means there are thousands of websites using php but it will not assure you a high paying job. So if you have option then choosing testing would be good in my opinion.

No. companies like google or go daddy will do so but do they come for campus interview? the answer is no. it means that no one will ever come to know whether you got paid seat or not. Still interviewers know by seeing your 12th result. They know the universities cutoff. So bother not.

I can totally understand your dilemma in this case as I have been through the same.
Now, you need understand that there are two important things to consider while seeking admission.
(i) A branch of your choice but from a not so good institute = Not much value.
(ii) A not so demanding engineering branch from a good institute= Not much value either.
