Hi Guntash,
In order to pursue BBA from Canada you need to be:
1. 12th pass from recognized education board (70% -80% plus marks) .
2. TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 band plus.
The eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
Some of the universities offering BBA and related programs are:
1. University of Alberta.
2. University of British Columbia.
3. University of Toronto.

A PhD from a private university is valid for appointment in central and state universities but only with following conditions
1. It should have been awarded as per the UGC regulations 2009. The same is as follows
The said private university should have sent detail of the PhD seats available to UGC in advance (ask a copy from them)
Then The university should have taken an entrance exam for admission to PhD (NET/JRF/GATE can be accepted as a substitute but all admission should have happened together, cannot admit students in interval)

This has to be done on or before 30th June. Classes will start from July 2nd week. You can pay the Fees when you come for the class.
