This depends upon cut off. So, you check with different colleges of your area that what is the cut off. As for the branch choose that according to your interest.
You can also take admission outside AP on the basis of this EAMCET rank or 12th marks and get a branch of your choice.

Hi Vivek,
Its always advisable to work for 1-2 years after completing graduation and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working you will know which specialization to opt while pursuing MBA.
Most of the students from engineering background opt for either finance or operation as their specialization, however I would suggest you that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

This depends upon the cut off which generally goes high for DU and colleges affiliated to DU. Today itself only I read in Times of India that Ist cutoff for St. Stephans is 98%. So, you check the cutoff with different colleges.
Try for admission outside Delhi too as generally in other universities the cutoff is little less.
