To be honest, I believe you should give one more year to it. Being an engineer is nothing but it's being a good engineer that matters. No offence but instead of going to LPU, it's better you drop.

Dear Gaurav,
All the three institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among the three.
You can consider the below parameters

2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees

Hi Jyoswa,
Getting a NIT with this score would be quite difficult if you belong to open category. If you belong to reserved category then you may get some NITs but dont expect a good NIT with a good branch. You may get NITs in north-east as their opening and closing ranks are low.
Hope this help :)

No. this is not true. The only eligibility criteria to get admission in this college is that you should have cleared WB Jee, but then cut-off may vary. In WB Jee some seats are reserved for students of Bengal and this make difficult for students of outside to clear cut-off for admission. This is sole reason that outside students may find it difficult to get admission in this college.

Hi Deepak,
It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 2nd PUC.
There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that you first do away with your 2nd PUC exams as it is very crucial for moving ahead towards acquiring a good course and enhance your studies.
In order to get past a reputed college and a feasible course, ensure that you crack these exams to the best of your capability.
The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Stay focused and work hard towards goal attainment. You will certainly reap results, remember hard work always pays off. Don't underestimate your potential,

Being a CAT trainer for over 20 years, I would like to highlight some points. You have to necessarily pursue your MBA \ PGDM from the top 30 B Schools in India, for your degree to be valued and respected by the corporate world. You must be aware that the CAT exam is held once a year, in the month of October - November, with a window period of 20 days. If we take the last three years, the pattern of the CAT paper has kept on changing. You should look at scoring a minimum of 98 percentile in the CAT exam to stand a realistic chance of making it to these B Schools
