The whole thing depends on the date of your result and also the cut off of du colleges.The best scheme for you would be to take admission in a college which we can say provisional, that is you take admission in a lower degree and inform the college about your compartment. Then before the last date of admission you can give the college your pass result and you will be transferred to the next higher degree. Check this scheme from some colleges like PES, LPU etc

(i) At least 55% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for General/OBC category candidates and at least 50% aggregate marks (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for SC, ST and PD category candidates in the qualifying degree.
For candidates with letter grades/CGPA (instead of percentage of marks), the equivalence in percentage of marks will be decided by the Admitting Institute(s).
(ii) Proof of having passed the qualifying degree with the minimum educational qualification as specified by the admitting ins

If you can give CAT , that will be good, but even if you do not give CAT and you have 60%+ score in graduation then you can have a seat by giving only an interview. Check this scheme in some good colleges like NIRMA, LPU, XIMB

Very good score, just go to admission office of our PES University college and submit your mat score card and then attend GD and PI .Then after that make admission by paying 3.6lakh. Fees will be 7.2lakh for 2 years.

I would suggest you go for admission in a stream of your choice. If you work hard and get a good score in a course you do, then companies will definitely pick you for the best job profile. So check some good univs like BIT, LPU, RV etc and try for admission as you are also liable for a big scholarship based on your XIIth

You can get a heavy scholarship based on 12th marks but your rank does not

Its a good option. If u are narrowing your list for private college. Galgotia is good college as it provides exposure to national level events like SAE and ASME events. Its has good infra and experienced set of facuilty. Its located in gr. Noida so it have locality advantage. As u knw ME is a core branch so core companies are not much that come for placement but overall placement is good as compared to other private colleges. I would say if u have money constraint and cant afford big universities like Vit etc. U can preffer galgotia.
