First of all I want to tell you that - doing regular MBA does not mean GAP. You can do MBA on regular basis or Distance while working. It depends on you.
GAP means you are doing nothing - neither job nor study as far as job market is concerned. So feel free and go for Regular MBA because there are lots of scope after regular program.

It good that you want to complete your studies. I understand that you may face some issues in attending classes but distant learning courses are a good option for you. Try to join the DLP of good and reputed universities like IGNOU and continue your studies. If you want to join college then you can but you have to completely rely on your 12th marks, as you are not eligible for any aptitude test to get college due to 9 year gap. You can pursue bachelor course from government colleges.
Hope this help you, best of luck for your further studies :)

Looking at your Jee Main marks, I don't think you will be clearing cut-off marks, so don't expect good colleges based on your Mains marks. Coming to your WB Jee rank, it is low but you may expect some colleges in Bengal but you wont get CS or ECE. What I would recommend is, if you are really interested in CS or ECE go for good private colleges or universities like LPU and do good. If you are opting for private college, then first check about their profile and then only take admission in good college.
Hope this help :)
