If you would love Servers, Networking, Database design and architectures, Systems and want to be Network Architect, System Admin and Solution Architect then IT is a good choice.
Otherwise CS is more of Software development, especially the mechanics of computation, data processing, and systems control. Its a good choice to select B.Sc agriculture . Now the list of agricultural college's had been increased both in private and govt sector. LPU , Anna university , AKR university , Amity university etc., Go for more reference and select a good college. All the best
