For commerce courses, you can prefer any of the colleges under both the universities, whether Delhi University or IP University. But if you want to specifically go for commerce courses, you can go for Delhi University, as Delhi University basically provides commerce courses and IP university provides professional courses. So you can go for Delhi University.

You can apply for both the colleges. But if you go for admission purposes, then I suggest you to go with Shaheed Bhagat Singh College than Sri Aurobindo. SBSC college has better faculty members than Aurobindo College.

You should have completed your 10+2 from a recognized education board, with a minimum of 50% marks in order to be eligible for BA in economics. For the entrance test, you must be prepared with all the economics that you studied in the 11th and 12th standard. If you remember that by heart, you will certainly clear the exam.
