Last year, the closing rank (general- open category) for B.Arch in JU after the 3rd round was 5767. This will give you an idea of what rank is needed for addition in architecture in JU.

USA would be the apt option for ENTC considering the number of opportunities offered. But it is more influenced by the university you are applying to and the companies nearby. Usually, this is an indicator of what the university is focused on.
