Hi,
Study abroad is always expensive unless your scores are extremely good to fetch the scholarships. Regular students have to pay international fees + Accommodation + Fooding expenses. Mostly, students work part time to earn some extra money to help in their expenses. US / Europe / Canada are expensive in terms of education. Try Australia – it is little more reasonable. There are some Government Scholarship Programs for abroad study - look out for those options as well.
