You want to be added in DU in 2019-20, so basically you from OBC category, so you need to clear the cutoff for the course and apply for it in Delhi University portal the application forms available right now, and they might close it soon suggest go and check the mouth and this apply for the course and you will have to clear the cut off value and take admission in whatever colleges to clear the cutoff of all the best.

No. Both are different. After Passing CBSE 12th, you will get two certificates. One is your 12th Marksheet which is green in color. And the second is your passing Certificate which shows you have passed 12th with certain number of marks in different subjects. It is yellow in color. Other than these, you also receive a CBSE Migration Certificate and Character Certificate by your school/board.
