To practice as a counsellor in educational institutions you need to have M Phil/PhD but there are people with MA(Psy) who practice counselling in private but their sphere of activity will be restricted as stipulated by your local government rules. There are a good number of universities including IGNOU and private universities such as Amity who offer MA/MSc in Psychology or Counselling Psychology through their directorates of distance education. To be on the safer side try to complete your M Phil also. There are private institutes in our country who offer certificate courses in counselling online such as Banjaara Academy, Enoma and so on. Weapons engineering is the design, development, testing and lifecycle management of military weapons and systems. It describe the knowledge of several traditional engineering disciplines, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, electro-optics, aerospace engineering, materials engineering, and chemical engineering. You can pursue Weapon Engineering only at Master's degree level. There are engineering institutions run by armed forces in our country. Institute of Armament Technology, Pune, Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune, etc. are offering Masters level degree course M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Weapons). The admission procedure depends on the institute.

To pursue Phd , the minimum requirement is post graduation, so you need to complete post graduation in ATHM.
If you want yo opt for the teaching field , you need to appear for NET ( National Eligibility Test). University Grants Commission conducts the National Eligibility Test. Anyone who is interested in lectureship in central government colleges would have to appear for the NET entrance exam
Apart from NET you can also appear for SET entrance exam.
The State Eligibility Test is also for lectureship but in state government colleges. You can appear in SET exam of any state and upon clearing would be given lecturer job in colleges funded by the state government.

It is mandatory for students to go to USA for 9 months. VCU Hostel in USA (housing): US$ 600/month (for double occupancy) & US$ 700/month ( Single occupancy) payable at the beginning of each semester (July 2016 & Jan 2017). Rest of the expenses.
