You can choose Pes university in pgcet ,it is worth and top college with good placement , good faculty but you should be punctual to classes and attendance is compulsory. The average placement is Rs 4 lakhs p.a.

For MBA courses, you need work experience of a few years. If you don't have that, you may apply for a PGDM course which doesn't require work experience.
Otherwise, many Canadian universities accept students with three years of undergrad degrees. You don't need to have 14 years of education to get admitted there.

You can pursue accounting technician course and try to get above 75% marks in aggregate. This will fetch you decent job opportunities. The course duration is 2 years (Involves training of 100 hours under a CA)

You can opt for UPSC examinations for getting into IAS etc. You can opt for three years law course. Doing some management course is another option. If you are interested in academics then completing your Masters and doing some research work may be an option. This may help you in getting a job in colleges as lecturer.

Thappar is a well reputated college and has been ranked 27 by MHRD Government while japeey is 60th.
