Hi Neeraj,
EILLM University is a recognized by the Govt. as well by the UGC, but as you have done your 1st & 2nd year through Delhi University, it is advised to continue from the same University as there is no such 'Continuing education' program offered by the EILLM or any other university.
If you are keen to pursue a the same degree from EILLM, you will have to register from the very beginning of the course and then continue with the same.
By this you will be investing another two years, hence, It is advised that you continue with your current career course.
