Every University differs in the pattern and way the ATKT/ Backlogs are conducted. It would not be possible to provide you with any sample paper, however if you are appearing for the exams again, you would be well related to the pattern on which the normal semester/ yearly exams take place.

Although I have not done any systematic study on the question you have raised, I have a common sense viewpoint , which I would like to put forth.
There are always chances that mosquitoes will be bred at some place or the other, because people are may be conscious of their own surroundings, but not the public places, or wild forests etc. There is no guarantee that only Culex mosquitoes will be bred in a place where some water is stored.Some Anopheles may also be there by pure chance.And , again by pure chance, some female Anopheles may be bred.
