However if you are fresher I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years.

- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working for few years you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- Candidates with work experience will have competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
- This work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience candidates over a fresher for a job.

Find below the eligibility criteria to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in UK:
- 12th pass from recognized education board.(preferably 70%-80% plus in 12th)
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred TOEFL score- 80 plus.
Preferred IELTS score- 6 bands plus.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.
For admission in full-time undergraduate courses in the UK, you need to apply via Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS)
You can apply for up to five undergraduate courses.
As per your query it seems that you are currently in first year of engineering and you wish to leave this course in between and wish to pursue undergraduate degree from UK.
So as per your profile I would suggest you not to leave your course in mid session, you may complete your engineering and then apply for masters degree from UK.
