you can do 'O' level or 'A' level course from a recognised institution. All you need is to focus your technical knowledge(thats what an established company see in you) not just mugging up the books. You can invest a complete year in brushing up your technical skills and you can start up an innovative project side by side so that you can implement and see the complete working of what you studied.365 days are enough to grab the knowledge and then you can master it.
All the very best for your future endeavors.

Cutt offs of the college changes every year so its pretty difficult to tell any such list. I think you should check out all good private universities in person for their cut offs. Don't go for any rung university as unlike other programs medical courses require good infrastructure, facilities and good faculty who can impart good education to medical students. There are some private universities like Santosh University Ghaziabad, which conduct their own entrance exams, you can apply for them if you don't get any better university with this score. Hope this info helps! Good luck :)
