Java and .Net are two entirely different applications and cannot be compared with each other. Yet if you go by the industrial acceptability and demand, Java seems to lead as it is used in business processes of all sizes big or small and because of its robust nature, Java is executable on all Operating Systems where as .Net is the software which can run multiple software/ application but only on Microsoft operating systems.
If you are keen to be a Software programmer, you can opt for either of the two as both are offering good career opportunities and the domain you wish to pursue a career in.

(iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. Admission for all the B-Schools are over. You can try for next session i.e. 2016-18. You need to give entrance exams to get admission into top B-schools like CAT,MAT,SNAP,CMAT etc.
Common Admission Test or CAT is the most popular MBA entrance exam with about 2 lakh takers every year. Conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM), the CAT is the entrance exam for 13 IIMs and approximately 150 B-schools across India.
MAT or the Management Aptitude Test is the MBA entrance exam conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) for the admission in about 500 B-schools in India and abroad.

You can consider PGDM/MBA with a dual specialization through a recognised AICTE/AIU approved education provider. As your educational background is computer science followed by CCNA, the suggested course for you can a dual diploma/degree in IT & HR. Generally, in a dual programme of PGDM, you have the option to choose 2 major papers along with Summer Internship Programme & Winter Research Project. This can broadly give an exposure to both the fields and an edge above the others.
