Based on your subject of interest during 11-12th will be one of the ways of making a choice. You can also look at market scenarios like artificial Intelligence is taking over most of the manual work. On the basis of your final year score, you can apply. You will need an IELTS score of 6.5 to be eligible but, also check university's websites for entry criteria. Different universities have different eligibility criteria. See here
