You have a pretty good experience in IT. Why do you wish to switch?
To become a high school level teacher, you should at least graduate with a B.Ed degree and you should have cleared CTET or STET to be able to teach till 8th grade. 9 and above grades don't require you to clear these papers but B.Ed and graduation only. To become a secondary level teacher, you should be a post graduate with B.Ed

Human behaviour and human psychology are studied in psychology, a postgraduate programme in psychology. It is focused on a deep and detailed investigation of psychology as a field. The M.A. Psychology programme lasts two years and is divided into four semesters. This course requires a graduating degree from a recognised university in any track with a minimum GPA of 50% to be eligible. There are, however, some reputable institutions that accept applicants with honours degrees in psychology or who have psychology as a graduating topic.
