If you wish to become a lawyer and be able to practice in the court of Law, you will have to complete the 3 year LLB program for which the eligibility is a graduation in any stream.
Different law Universities and colleges conduct different law entrance exams, to admit students to their courses, like NET (National Entrance Test), CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), Department of Law University of Delhi take admission through a common Entrance Test for all the three Law Centres (Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I and Law Centre-II).
To be eligible for taking CLAT, a candidate should have passed Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

Subject areas:
English including comprehension 40 marks
General Knowledge/ Current Affairs 50 marks
Elementary Mathematics 20 marks
Legal Aptitude 50 marks

Things to Remember:
1. Most of the questions in Mathematics are of the elementary level (till Class 10)
2.The questions on legal, GK and aptitude are the toughest. In GK and Current Affairs test, students are checked on their knowledge of current affairs.
3.The reasoning section is for analyzing the candidates ability to identify patterns, logical links, etc.
4.The English Comprehension includes passages and grammar, meanings of words used therein, incorrect grammatical sentences, filling in of blanks, etc.
5.In the Logical Reasoning section- identifying patterns, illogical arguments, syllogisms, sequences, analogies, etc are included.

An astronaut is a person trained by a human space flight program to command, pilot, or serve as a crew member of a spacecraft. Although generally reserved for professional space travellers, the terms are sometimes applied to anyone who travels into space, including scientists also. Following are the general eligibility criteria to become astronaut:
(a) Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in engineering, science, or mathematics etc. An advanced degree is desirable.
(b) At least 1,000 hours pilot-in-command time in jet aircraft. Flight test experience is highly desirable.
(c) Medically fit
Indias first two astronauts were from Indian Air Force Fighter Pilot branch.

Aerospace engineering is concerned with designing and building aircraft and spacecraft. The Indian Institute of Astrophysics is a premier institute devoted to research in astronomy, astrophysics and related physics. This is a full-time research programme where in the students work towards their Ph.D. degree under the supervision of an IIA faculty. Students may join the programme in either the first semester beginning in August or the second semester beginning in January. Entrance examination is held in December followed by interview in January. Students passing the JEST exam are interviewed in May / June. Eligibility criteria for PhD at IIA is M.Sc in Mathematics / Applied Physics / Applied Mathematics / Optics and Photonics / Instrumentation / Electronics etc . Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) also conducts the Integrated M.Tech- Ph.D (Tech.) programme in Astronomical Instrumentation in collaboration with Department of Applied Optics and Photonics, University of Calcutta (CU). The Degree will be awarded by the University of Calcutta. The duration of M.Tech course work will be of 2 years divided into 4 semesters. After successful completion of the M. Tech course a student can opt for registration for Ph.D (Tech.) programme, subjected to a selection procedure and minimum cut-off grade.
The Integrated M.Tech- Ph.D (Tech.) Programme will admit bright, highly motivated students with a three years B.Tech. degree (Post B.Sc Hons) in Optics and Optoelectronics / Radio Physics and Electronics from CU or B.Tech / BE degree in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communications /Computer Science and Engineering from an institution recognized by AICTE. A candidate with M.Sc degree in Physics / Electronic Science / Applied Mathematics /Applied Physics from a UGC recognized institution is also eligible to apply.
