You are HM Graduate, so choose a line in business, i.e. Production or Management.
If you want to move into production start working on that, so that gap is fulfilled.

Derrick, you can take admission for PGDM . You need to have score of entrance test like XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT etc and graduate with 55 % .
The admission will start from Oct 15, you can apply online or ask for the form from the campus.

To be eligible for West Bengal Civil Services Exam :
1) You need to pass a degree from a recognized University.
2) You need to know how to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for recruitment in the case of candidates from hill areas of the district Darjeeling i.e. for Nepali speaking candidates)
