If you are looking for changing your University in the mid of the course, this would not be possible and would require to start a fresh for this course from another University.
But if you plan to stay in the same University and want to change your college, this is possible depending on the University's policy and the institute provision. For this I would suggest you to contact your University to inquire about this provision and the process to undertake for the same.

As the courses in architecture would require Science background with PCM it seems really difficult to get into architectural programs without science background. However, interior designing courses, now a days are getting more and more popular and if you have the inclination towards this field after getting few years of experience in this field you can even start your own firm.

I would suggest you to give your 12th examination again through open and then you can apply for B.A. because in order to be a graduate you have to complete your 12th first and also it is advisable to complete your 12th so that you dont face any problems in future.
