First of all understand the requirement of these Education Councils. They are there for promotion of Educational Institutions and providing grants to various institutions. They look after the integrated development of education and maintain educational standards. So, what is important is that the Institute should be recognized by one of these organizations not all & as Vinayaka Mission University(distance learning program ) is recognized by UGC & DEC it doesnt require AICTE recognition.

If you are interested in Automobile engineering program from germany then these are the good options for you:- RWTH AACHEN University , Dresden University , Technical University Munich etc.
In order to take admission inMaster program in automobile from german university you should have- a recognised first degree (Bachelor of Science or Engineering), Candidates shouldhave also performed above average in their undergraduate studies, The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is also required, Candidates should have an IELTS certificate (score 6.0) or of the TOEFL certificate (score 550 paper-based / 213 computer-based / 80 internet-based). Most of the university accepts online applications however i would suggest you to kindly contact the concern university for the exact procedure.
