It is good that you are learning a foreign language as it will upgrade your resume and will surely give you and edge over the others in getting employed. Now for your job i would say that people who have knowledge about an extra language they are mostly required in Tourism, Aviation and Hotel industries. And as you know that India is almost a tourist hub and the amount visitors are increasing every year the chance for you getting employed in a very good hotel is also high.

Advisable is that you go for regular full time program from a decent University. Part time and correspondence are mostly for those working professional who have good amount of work experience and just need an endorsement of an MBA to get to the next level in their current organisation as it would not give you the much needed exposure for growth and doesnt have value in the job market as well.
If you can not gor for regular then you can opt for part time programs.
Few of the Institutes which you may consider are:
All India Institute of Management Studies
Indian Institute of Materials Management
College of Material Management
Balaji
