Based on the 2024 last-round closing ranks, the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) turned out to be the most sought-after course to get admission at the MEASI Academy of Architecture for the General AI quota. MEASI Academy of Architecture's cutoff marks are: NATA 80/200 and 50% in 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission counseling also decides the cutoff marks. Previous years' cutoffs include: OC – 82/200, BC – 78/200, MBC – 75/200, SC/ST – 72/200. 10+2 percentage cutoffs vary from 50% – 60%. They can be revised annually; therefore, the interested candidate should check the official website or get in touch with the academy for the latest information.
