Hi,
You should neither apply to US or Canada. The best location for you would be UK, Europe due to the following reasons:
1) You are looking for a 1 year MBA program and 99% of the MBA's in UK and Europe are of 1 year duration.
2) You have 5 years work experience which is exactly the ideal work experience that is demanded by UK and European MBA's. In US and Canada, the average work experience is 3-4 years whereas in UK and Europe, it is 5-7 years.
3) You have a 10+2+3 degree which makes you best eligible in UK and Europe. You are not eligible to apply in Canada and eligible to apply to some* universities in US only.
