There is no BCOM in Canada. There are BBA programs available and specific university commerce programs available like Rotman Commerce program. Even though they are more or less like the BCOM, there are not abbreviated as BCOM. To be eligible to pursue the above mentioned courses as well as CFA in Canada, you need atleast 80% and above in class 12th. Regarding expenses, they would vary from university to university. You should keep an estimate of 30,000-80,000 CAD per annum including living expenses.
The duration of the degree would be 4 years. All bachelors degrees in Canada are of 4 years duration.

Hi Kanak,
Few good colleges for BMM are IIMC, MICA, XIC, JAMIA, Amtiy etc. Most of these institutes conduct their own entrance exams for admissions to similar courses. Media is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, PR etc The basic requirement for admission is good English both written and verbal, minimum qualification required is +2 from a recognized board. Hi,
What you have heard is right. Generally, scores that are 2-3 years old are considered. Scores older than that are usually not considered and the student has to retake the GRE. There is a possibility that the university may consider your score and there is also a possibility that the university may ask you to retake the GRE. You should take the GRE right now. There is no harm in taking the test right now even if it is not considered at the time you apply. Maximum you would have to do that time would be to take the GRE again in the new format.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
