Hi Nihar,
As you are a BBA graduate you definitely can get a job in HR sector. However, if you want to make a career in Human Resource, it would be better that you should go for an MBA program from a decent full time University which will not only give you a Practical Exposure but also good job opportunities.
Apart from this I will also suggest that if you are working with a govt. organization please look into all the pros and cons of leaving govt. sector. And if you can get permanent there it would be good as it gives you a secured job, if not then go ahead for MBA.
Hope this resolve your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case

Hi Aryan,
Although, SAP has huge demand in todays world of globalization and SAP consultant are really well paid but I would say that you should ponder over your own interests and career aspirations before getting into any Course. Hope this will help you in taking a right decision. Feel free to put up more queries I
