In case you have 60 percentile in MAT of 50 percentile in CAT you are likely to be shortlisted for GD/PI.
However, the final cut offs for GD/PI are drawn based on the number of applications received in each round and thus we cannot say for sure at this stage about you making it in the merit.

For a graduate, a good option would be MBA in Export/Import. For a Diploma Holder, equivalent courses in the same field may be available. In any case, limit your qualifications to your present experience i.e. exports and imports. You can start by exploring domestic jobs in the Government agencies, and Export Promotion Council etc.
