Apart from Executive MBA program, I can suggest you to pursue PhD in a specialized field such as Management, Finance or Retail.
The eligibility criteria for PhD varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the PhD programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
Teaching and Research are the two best career options for a Doctorate degree holder. Non Academic careers after PhD- You can probably explore higher positions in your domain (private and public sector). Ex: PhD in English or Hindi can help you explore areas such as magazines, journals, newspapers, etc.

In order to pursue MBA through distance education you need to be graduate in any field.
