For animation there are B.Sc and Diploma courses available I suggest do a complete course not just a certification because its worth more and AAFT Noida offers both degrees and diplomas in the same you can look for it

If you have an aim then start your career in respective field with and knowledge and talent. Companies related to animation must require degree in animation.
Diploma only gives you knowledge but for your further education and growth you have to obtain Bachelor's degree in animation.

Yes, you can go for distance MBA without any entrance exam. But, for safe side you should appear for at least one test which is acceptable all around India and even you will easily get admission in most of the universities/colleges which provides distance MBA course.

It is clear that if you pursue the best quality of education from best college then it will give more job availability and more to say about this is MBA and MS will give you a good job. If you are a science student then go for MS and if you are a commerce student then go for MBA. The selection can even be done on the basis of your interest. If you are interested in management then go for MBA or MS.

Yes, you will get admission but you have to go through the process for the admission. If they demand for entrance exam then you should appear for the exam and even they ask for language exam, e.g. TOEFL, so you should clear this exam so that you do not face any barrier in the process of admission.

I personally feel one should choose their specialisation on the basis of their interests. Because if you like the work that you are doing then you will perform well (which will eventually pay you more in the long run) and you will also be satisfied with your job (which will give you job satisfaction).
So, I would suggest you to opt for whichever area appeals to you the most ad work hard for it.
